Volunteers Get “Behind The Scenes” Look At The Bulgari Collection

Bulgari collection
For those of you considering becoming a Museum volunteer and wondering what added “perks” come along, consider this: several weeks ago, about two dozen of our volunteers were treated to a  personal tour of the famed Bulgari collection of cars in Allentown, including the various restoration workshops.

The tour was conducted by Curator Keith Flickinger whose staff of six has about 35 cars in various stages of restoration at any given time. After lunch, the volunteers received a personal tour of America On Wheels, the new transportation museum in downtown Allentown. Thank you to Bulgari’s Keith Flickinger and Linda Merkel at AOW for your hospitality!
